June 18, 19 and 20, 2010
The Omaha Quilters Guild 32nd annual quilt show will be held at The LaVista Conference Center, 12520 Westport Parkway, LaVista, NE. (Intersection of I-80 and Giles Road @ Exit 442).
This years show, “Spoken without a word…the message within the quilt” will be the first Quilt show ever held at the LaVista Conference Center and will feature quilts made by the members of the Omaha Quilters Guild. There will be a large regional vendor mall, over 250 quilts on display and Guild Membership and small group information.
Special exhibits include the Hoffman Challenge Quilts and a group of quilts from the International Quilt Studies Center selected especially for the OQG Show. The Omaha Quilt Guild and State raffle quilts will also be on display and you may purchase tickets for $1. Parking is free and abundant.
Show hours will be Friday, June 18, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, June 19, 9am to 4 pm; Sunday, June 20, noon to 4 pm. Admission is $6 or a 2-day pass is $9. Seniors and Students are $5.
Buses are welcome.
